Following a review of the organisation it has been agreed to introduce a new membership system for FFLAG.

In line with many other charitable organisations and voluntary groups we are phasing out the subscription to FFLAG News and replacing this with a new Friend of FFLAG membership.

FFLAG recently held two training days for the team of dedicated parents who support our work by running helplines or parents support groups, by writing letters, attending events and speaking to various groups/organisations across the UK

In the following stories names have been changed to protect identities.

D—who telephoned FFLAG to say that when he ‘came out’ to his parents his father threatened to kill him. When D sent them a Christmas card it was returned to him torn into pieces.
