Education for All is a nationwide campaign, launched in 2005, led by Stonewall in partnership with FFLAG and LGBT Youth Scotland. The idea for Education for All came from a FFLAG national conference in 2003. "Making a Difference" was held in Birmingham to celebrate a decade of FFLAG. During a discussion about Section 28 it was suggested that "all the different groups that have real concerns about the way in which young lesbians and gays are treated in our educational system should come together and begin thinking about developing some national strategy and national leadership on this issue".
