The following is a legal agreement between you (“You”) and the owners and operators (“Us”) of FFLAG (“Website” or “FFLAG or Families and Friends of Lesbians and Gays”). These terms of service place governance on your use and access to the website and its content.

“Content” refers to all text, and where applicable copyrighted images, videos and wording, including logos and trademarks. “Image(s)” means photographs, vectors, drawings. “Videos” means any moving images, of any kind, recorded in any format.

This agreement may be revised or updated without notice. By using the Website You agree to be bound by these terms of service.

Website Use and information

Using our website is open to all members of the public.  The website is constantly being updated and information may from time to time become out of date.  This is rectified as soon as possible.

Use of images

Throughout the website, all images are either owned by us, or provided to us with implied permission that we may use them as FFLAG see fit.  Some images are sourced from Pixaby and are all open to us to use as required as per their terms and conditions.

To the extent possible under law, uploaders of Pixabay have waived their copyright and related or neighboring rights to these Images and Videos.
